Free UK delivery

Every order comes with free tracked delivery — no minimum spend, no hidden charges.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery timeframe

Once dispatched you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. Our lights are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and tracked throughout their journey to your door. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue with your delivery please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right straight away.
