Refund policy

Our promise

We want you to love your Cottonfield Gardens lights. If for any reason you're not completely happy we'll make it right — no hassle, no awkward questions.

60-day returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. We'll cover the return postage — completely free.

To start a return simply get in touch at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk and we'll arrange everything for you.

Condition of returns

Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund straight away — no return needed in most cases.

2-year guarantee

Every Cottonfield Gardens light is backed by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your lights develop a fault at any point within two years of purchase simply get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

The guarantee covers manufacturing faults and failures. It does not cover physical damage, normal battery degradation over time or damage resulting from misuse.
