How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred option on the product page and click Add to cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk. We'll do our best to help but as orders are processed within 24 hours we can't always guarantee changes can be made once an order is confirmed.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email straight away after placing your order and a further email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing — delivery is completely free on every order with no minimum spend.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If you have a question about delivery to a specific location please get in touch at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk.

How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. We'll cover the return postage — completely free.

How do I start a return?

Simply get in touch at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk and we'll arrange everything for you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund straight away.

Are your lights weatherproof?

Yes — all our lights are weatherproof and designed for outdoor use in British conditions. They're built to handle rain, wind and damp British evenings.

Do your lights work on cloudy days?

Yes — our lights are designed to charge in daylight not just direct sunshine, keeping your garden lit even after a grey British week.

Do I need an electrician to install your lights?

No — none of our lights require any wiring or electrical work. Everything you need is included in the box and most customers are up and running in under 15 minutes.

How long do the lights stay on each night?

Our lights run for 8-12 hours on a full charge — more than enough to cover a full evening. They switch on automatically at dusk and off at dawn.

Guarantee & Warranty

What guarantee do your lights come with?

Every Cottonfield Gardens light is backed by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your lights develop a fault simply get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers manufacturing faults and failures. It does not cover physical damage, normal battery degradation over time or damage resulting from misuse.

How do I make a guarantee claim?

Simply get in touch at customercare@cottonfieldgardens.co.uk with your order details and a description of the fault. We'll get back to you within one business day.
